March 28, 2017: SEA AVALON. Verizon is respectfully requesting a pre application meeting for a proposed to locate a Wireless Communication Facility at 105 Bellevue Way NE. The proposed WCF will be placed on the rooftop along with all related equipment. A generator is not proposed and a generator plug will be installed for emergency purposes. The antennas and equipment will be constructed with stealth technology and be screened from public view. The antennas and enclosure will be 11.4 above the existing height of the building.
