June 29, 2017: COBT Bellevue Way SE Southbound HOV Lane. The project extends the HOV lane from the South Bellevue Park and Ride north through the Y intersection on 112th Ave SE, and includes an HOV lane on Bellevue Way to 108th Ave SE. The southbound roadway cross-section will generally be comprised of a 12-foot-wide HOV lane, two 11-foot-wide through lanes, and a five-foot wide planter at the base of the retaining wall.
