Restaurant occupies first floor, including kitchen, front of house and outdoor covered area, 2,600SF total. Upper level will be kept as 3 apartment units, accessed from stair. Two common restrooms are proposed on the first floor. Parking stalls (no change) are on site, 26 stalls for new restaurant in which 4 10minutes pick-up only parking. Two curb cuts are on site (no change). Exterior facade of the existing building will be modified to storefront, mostly glass on the front of the house side.
