July 28, 2017: COBU NE 8th Street Culvert Replacement at Kelsey Creek D-105. The NE 8th Street Culvert Replacement at Kelsey Creek project is located on NE 8th Street just east of 132nd Avenue NE. 
This project will replace the existing 10-foot wide by 7-foot high corrugated metal arch-pipe built in the early 1980s that carries Kelsey Creek beneath NE 8th Street. Due to severe corrosion at the bottom of the metal pipe, the culvert has reached the end of its useful life, and needs to be replaced.
