1500 130th Ave NE

Nov. 29, 2017: COBT NE Spring Boulevard Zone 4 (EB). The NE Spring Boulevard Zone 4 project extends NE Spring Boulevard east from 132nd Avenue NE to 130th Avenue. The cross-section includes one vehicle, a buffered bike lane, landscaping, and a sidewalk in the eastbound direction, south of the light rail station. Westbound will be implemented separately, north of the station.

This project includes traffic signals at the130th Avenue NE and 132nd Avenue NE that will integrate vehicle, pedestrian, and bicycle movements with the light rail. Other items in the project include illumination, irrigation, storm drainage and water quality treatment, and other underground utilities. The project will be designed in coordination with the light rail project the planned light rail station. The Bel-Red urban design criteria will be reflected with this project.
