Dec. 15, 2017: UHHC, LLC dock repair. Replace framing on existing residential dock on Lake Sammamish. No expansion or pile work. Replaced framing to be ACZA treated fir, stringers to be 4" x 8", joists/pile caps to be 6" x 8". Wooden decking to be replaced with ThruFlow grated panels. EA 17-125619
