Dec. 20, 2017: COBU Kelsey Crk Glendale CC Streambank Stabilize. The City of Bellevue is proposing maintenance work to stabilize channel/streambanks and restore fish passage at nine weir sites on Kelsey Creek at Glendale Country Club for implementation in summer 2019 and in accordance with previously permitted construction work.
