Project also consists of a small storage building and bus waiting shelter. Existing play fields will be replaced with new. Projected student population is 1,200 plus an additional 45 students in the Central Services program located on the lower level of the building. Anticipated teaching staff is 91. Main building construction type is IIB with 2-hour fire walls. Primary building occupancy is E - Education.
