On the existing 101.9-ft Puget Sound Energy wooden utility pole at 81.6-ft and 59.1-ft tip heights, replace all (6) panel antennas, remove (3) Bias-T units, and add (6) quadplexer units. There is no increase in the overall structure height, and no increase in antenna tip height. 

Inside the existing equipment building at grade, replace (6) remote radio head units, add (6) new remote radio heads units, add (6) quadplexers, add (3) Bias-T units, and add (2) surge protection units. There are no proposed changes to the ground equipment footprint, and there is no proposed ground disturbance., N/A
