Jan. 25, 2018: VULK 1613 W LK SAMM PKWY SE. Applicant requests information about issues concerning development on the site per the submitted plans. An ecological study was conducted of the site plan and lot regarding any potential concerns or negative impacts to flora and fauna. The ecological study found that the proposed construction resulted in no negative impact.

I would like the city to comment upon the permissibility of the provided site plan and proposed construction.

I would also like the city to make recommendations where applicable - if concerns are found - as to how the concerns can be rectified.

I am an individual who is not in the construction business, so please make comments in layman's terms. I am working with a construction company, but I need to understand so that I can communicate with them.

Also, this is a lifetime investment and any help or advice is appreciated.
