Jan. 30, 2018: Rice dock repair. Repair worn elements on existing residential dock on Lake Sammamish. Framing to be replaced in kind/same location with ACZA treated fir. Stringers to be 4" x 8", joists/pile caps to be 6" x 8". Wooden decking to be replaced with ThruFlow grated panels. Piles to be sleeved if/as needed with HDPE tubes.
