March 2, 2018: COBT 150th Avenue SE at SE 37th Street and at SE Newpor. Intersection of 150th Avenue SE and SE 37th Street:
- Add one additional southbound thru lane on 150th Ave SE from the eastbound I-90 on-ramp to SE 38 Street.
- Extend the southbound to eastbound left-turn lane on 150th Ave SE at SE 37 Street.
- Add one additional right-turn lane from the eastbound I-90 off-ramp to 150th Ave SE. 
- Add one new left-turn lane on SE 37 Street to the eastbound I-90 on-ramp.
- Extend the existing two-way left-turn lane on SE 37 Street between west of Eastgate Plaza and Pizza Hut driveways.
- Construct curb, gutter, and sidewalk on the south side of SE 37 Street from 150th Ave SE to where needed to accommodate widening for left turn lanes.

Intersection of 150th Avenue SE and SE Newport Way:
- Add one new 600 feet long southbound to westbound right-turn lane on 150th Ave SE at SE Newport Way. 
- Add new curb, gutter, and sidewalk adjacent to the new southbound to westbound right-turn lane on 150th Ave SE.
