March 9, 2018: Crestwood Garage Expansion. There are currently 4 full levels of the existing garage with 1 floor below grade (P4) and 3 floors at or above street level (P3-P1). Our proposal is to expand the footprint of the garage to the west at each of these 4 levels of parking.
In total there are an additional 73 parking stalls.
This will bring the total parking for the building up to 273 parking stalls for the building. With a total square footage for the building office area calculated at 73,065sf gfa, the ratio for parking in the building will now be approximately 3.7 stalls per 1,000sf.
