The Applicant is the current owner of this site and is operating the Honda Auto Center Sales and Service Facility in the existing approx. 38,380 s.f. building. They are proposing to remodel the existing building and add a 4-level 149,440 s.f. parking structure directly to the south of the existing building that will have service bays on the first level and parking above for approximately 535 cars. Additionally, they are proposing to re-configure the driveway approaches onto the site and are indicating a car inventory delivery area in the ROW. Since the zoning has recently changed along the I-90 core, the Applicant needs to know if the submitted design is feasible from Land Use, Clearing & Grading, Environmental, Transportation, Utilities, Building, and Fire Department perspective, and to get clarification on the next steps - whether we can move forward with a more thorough Predevelopment Services review and design approval.
