April 5, 2018: Service Saddle Replacement 2018. Replacement of approximately 24 saddles and water services using trenchless construction methods wherever practical. Excavation areas of approximately 5'x5' at each water service saddle will be necessary. In addition, about 2'x2' will be excavated at locations where water meter boxes are to be replaced. Work will include restoration of all disturbed areas and will occur within the City of Bellevue public right-of-way.
