April 16, 2018: Lee Remodel. We are designing an addition to an existing single-family residence. We will be required to remove the existing septic system, and relocate or design a new system, to account for the residence alterations. Our septic designer has mentioned that in order to submit a septic design to the Health Department we will need a letter from the City of Bellevue addressing sensitive areas or lack thereof present on the site.
