14700 Main St

July 19, 2018: ICOE - Islamic Center of Eastside. Conf: Aug 01, 2018 3pm. The project is for replacement of a 6600sf (gross) Islamic center located at 14700 Main Street that was previously damaged by fire and has been demolished. The new structure will contain similar interior spaces and square footages with adjustments only to accommodate current code requirements. The building will be concrete, steel, and or metal stud frames non-combustible construction for the two-story structure. Major interior spaces include a prayer room on first floor with associated amenities and prayer room on the second floor with associated amenities. Building will contain an elevator, interior egress stair and exterior egress stair. Site coverage will be similar to prior design layout containing 26 parking spaces and landscaped areas.
