Aug. 24, 2018: Sato Pier & Bulkhead Repair. Repair existing pier by splicing all the piles, re-deck the pier with grating, install a 12'x12' platform lift, and repair 10 l/f of rock bulkhead that is failing. Also seeking permits for the existing boat litf and canopy on the south side of the pier. As mitigation, will be removing pier skirting, raising the height of the pier above the OHWM, and installing spawning gravel and a native planting plan
