Oct. 2, 2018: Eton School Change of Occupancy Classification. The proposed project is a change of occupancy classification from B to E for a portion of level 1 in an existing 2 story building. The existing building includes E and B occupancies on level 1 and B occupancies on level 2. 
The scope of the project will include new automatic fire sprinklers throughout the building and modifications to existing fire alarms not included in this permit application. Fire sprinkler and modifications to fire alarms will be permitted separately by design/build subcontractors.
New water service for new automatic sprinkler system will be by separate permit.
