12525 NE Spring Blvd

Nov. 28, 2018: COBU Midlakes Pump Station Capacity Improvements. The City of Bellevue will be replacing an existing pump station east of the Coca-Cola bottling plant on City owned property at 12525 NE Spring Blvd. The existing pump station is currently at the end of its life span and is operating at its designed capacity (800 gpm) and inadequate to provide services for any increase in sewage due to expected developments to support growth. The proposed pump station will be able to handle up to 1700 gpm. The replacement construction will start in 2019 and go through 2020. This project involves building a control building, wet well with three pumps inside, two underground vaults with valves and meters inside, force main, gravity sewer, etc.

Jan. 21, 2020: Completed.
