Jan. 8, 2019: COBU Somerset No. 1 Reservoir Decommissioning. Somerset Reservoir No. 1 is a 100,000-gallon reinforced concrete reservoir constructed in the early 60s within an easement above Somerset Recreation Club. The reservoir is no longer needed and was taken out of service in December of 2002. The City needs to demolish the reservoir and restore the site in a manner acceptable to the property owner in order to relinquish the easement.
