Jan. 15, 2019: Crossroads Multifamily Short Plat. Short Plat for creation of a 7.65 acre lot on the east boundary of the Crossroads shopping mall which will be used for construction of a 5 story residential building with 224 units. Project will include 14,500 square feet of ground level retail and parking structurefor 476 cars. The remainder of the mall will fall within a separate new low and will continue functioning in its current capacity.
