Jan. 16, 2019: Medina Academy Permanent School. This preapplication meeting is to discuss design and construction for Phase 2 of the permanent school project for Medina Academy. Phase 1 was constructed around 2010 and included ROW improvements for access to the site, Clearing and Grading of the site for portable school buildings, site work and parking, utility developer extension, and drainage with stormwater vault improvements all designed to accommodate the full buildout of both phases. Phase 2 is to construct new school building facilities, including classrooms, gymnasium, early learning (prek), and other school-related uses. The goals of the preapp are to confirm zoning requirements; determine if the previously issued conditional use permit for the project remains valid; and confirm no modifications are needed for parking, utilities, or storm drainage. We have included a few of the following documents for your review. The remaining phase 1 support documents can be review at the preapplication conference:
