Jan. 22, 2019: "BE" Meditation. I am assisting a client who wishes to lease the space (formerly Grand CRU wine shop) for her business which is meditation services and retail. This is a personal services Use related to health and wellness and will provide retail products associated with the services such as candles, meditation mats, books, audio tapes, etc that is oriented at the front of the space with a visual connection through the existing storefront windows. This will be a primarily pedestrian oriented use for the local residents and the adjacent office workers in the adjoining DT zones. Consults/services will span between 15 minutes up to 1 hour sessions.

My client is seeking confirmation/approval that the Use as noted above is a permitted use in order to satisfy the requirements of the building owner to sign a lease for the space.
