Feb. 7, 2019: Parking Lot Modifications and ADA Improvements. The project proposes to provide limited improvements to the existing pavement damaged due to subgrade settlement and replace ADA ramps and stairs to the building in order to meet current ADA standards. New stairs and ADA compliant ramps will be installed as part of this project once the existing pavement is replaced.
 
The pavement beneath the parking stalls adjacent to the I Love Sushi building will be removed and replaced with concrete pavement supported on pin piles to avoid future settlement. Some asphalt pavement will also be replaced to provide for ADA compliant grades from the ADA stalls to the new ADA ramp to the building. 
 
In the existing condition, some of the stormwater from the existing pavement sheet flows directly into Lake Bellevue. This project proposes to adjust grades directing sheet flows to the existing storm inlets. Not storm drainage system modifications or utility modifications are proposed for this project., TBD
