Feb. 7, 2019: Bellevue NW - Northup. Project location is at 2001 124th Ave NE and accessed from 12385 Northup Way. The project consists of the demolition of (3) existing single story buildings and covered parking structure along with the removal of vegetation and debris for the purposed new construction. The new construction is an approximately 198,737 SQFT 5-story storage facility at grade. Additional new entry drive to at the SE corner of property to meet the 124th improvements.
