March 4, 2019: Hartnett Back Yard-Deck. **19-105775 EA** Install Azek decking with 1/4" minimum gaps over existing patio area. All decking below 30" in height. Remove existing 18"x18" stones in deck area and use subset in place of existing concrete stones and steps (see photos). Move subset of flat stones along bulkhead to improve walkway safety. Install 2' retaining wall next to bulkhead walkway with grass planted above, to improve issue with erosion in to lake during rainfall.

Impervious surface reduced by approximately 87' overall.
- Tiles under deck moved - 135'
- Net increase from replacing stairs with tiles + 23.5'
- Remove flat stones - 108.5'
- Cut down flat stones, move along bulkhead + 82.5'
- Retaining wall footprint - + 50.5'
