April 3, 2019: Fortin Home. We are in feasibility window in purchasing this property along Lake Sammamish and the property has some environmental challenges. There is an existing 2,000sf footprint for a residence currently located on the site but the site also contains a stream running through the property and down to the lake. We are aware that there is a 50 foot setback from the stream plus a 50 foot buffer setback from this line so we are aware that it could be challenging if not impossible to build a new footprint or expand the existing footprint on this lot. Our plan is to demolish the existing structure and re-build on the existing footprint
