April 4, 2019: McShane Pier & Beach Cove. Demo an existing pier and construct a new pier. Install a new boat lift . Remove a section of an existing concrete bulkhead and construct a beach cove. Replace a section of an existing concrete bulkhead with a rock bulkhead. Install retaining walls less than 30" in height and a pervious paver pathway to the pier and beach cove. Native shoreline planting will be installed per the planting plan.
