The proposed project includes construction of a single-family residence with attached garage, driveway construction, retaining walls, installation of utilities, landscaping, and associated clearing and grading, including tree removal. The proposed building location has been situated in the northwest corner of the site in order to maximize the driveway length and minimize potential impacts to the steep slopes located within the northeastern and eastern portions of the property. No accessory structures or additional construction activities are proposed at this time. A variance is sought to allow the proposed lot coverage. the building envelope (building footprint, walkway, walls & on-site driveway) will encompass approximately 2078 SF.
