May 23, 2019: Enatai Interceptors Upgrade. The project aims to improve reliability and increase capacity of the existing facility and pipeline components of the regional wastewater system. the existing system, constructed in the 1960s, is not providing the level of service that meets King County standards. The objective of the Enatai Interceptor Upgrade Project is to improve reliability and increase the capacity of the existing facility and pipeline components of the regional wastewater system to convey the 20-year peak wastewater flows projected through the year 2060 from service areas in the southwest portion of Bellevue and the Town of Beaux Arts Village.
