July 23, 2019: Stull Residence. The applicant was reported in July 2017 (EA - 17-116747) for the unpermitted modification of an existing deck without a building permit, the installation of a paver patio and fire pit and the installation of a low retaining wall which potentially encroached on stream, wetland and steep slope critical area buffers. This permit seeks to retroactively permit these improvements.
