July 30, 2019: COBU Meydenbauer Basin NE 8th and 100th Ave. During extreme storm events, there is flooding at NE 8th St and 100th Ave NE impacting the traveling public. This flooding has also resulted in recurring damage and overflow of road run-off to adjoining properties. The Meydenbauer Basin NE 8th & 100th infrastructure replacement project (the Project) will address this recurrent street flooding. The Project will design and construct approximately 3,400 linear feet of new 18-inch to 30-inch stormdrain on 100th Ave NE between NE 4th St and NE 12th St.
