Aug. 8, 2019: Iacob/Mirea new home. I am submitting a request to have set back and footprint for a new home we are trying to build on our lot evaluated for corrections.
-Set back clarifications, special for the 20 ft location 
- Where is the 20 ft set back ending and where does the side lot start?
-Is there a demo site plan required?
-Is tree removal allowed? If so, how much (30% ?)
-Can our storm water be connected to the public storm water? If not, what are other options?
-Is the soil test and report required?
