10660 NE 8th St

Aug. 28, 2019: Skanska NE 8th. The project is a high rise, corner site development located at the intersection of NE 8th and 108th Avenue NE. The effective site area is 77,005 sf with a base of 5.4 FAR and a maximum of 6.0 FAR. The project will be 25 stories. The entries for the tower are proposed on both NE 8th St and 108th Avenue NE which is adjacent to a drop off zone. A generous 7,700 sf public outdoor plaza is proposed along 108th Avenue NE, featuring native plantings and pedestrian seating.
