Sept. 4, 2019: Buxbaum dock repair. Replace worn elements on existing residential dock on Lake Sammamish. Dock framing to be replaced in kind/same location with ACZA treated fir - stringers to be 4" x 8", joists/pile caps to be 6" x 8". Wooden decking to be replaced with ThruFlow grated panels. Pilings to be sleeved if/as needed with HDPE tubes as shown on attached plans. No new or replaced pilings.
