Oct. 7, 2019: Boundary Line Adjustment. We would like to do a boundary line adjustment between Parcel A 1525059228 and Parcel B 1525059243 which are both owned by us. We would like to add part of Parcel A to Parcel B in a way that Parcel A stays the minimum required 35,000 sqft required for the zoning, while the remaining part of Parcel A gets added to Parcel B. The rough outline of our desired plan is attached as part of this application. We would like to get an assessment of the feasibility of this adjustment. We will be flexible on the exact line of division of Parcel A as long as doing this is feasible.
