Oct. 15, 2019: 1733 BelRed Apartments. New construction of (2) 6-story apartment buildings with +/- 400 units and +/- 400 parking stalls. The units will be located on the upper four levels of the buildings and the parking will be located in the lower two levels of each building. Parking levels will be mostly above grade. Apartment units will include studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts. Common outdoor space will b provided in the internal courtyards of each building as well as on the roof levels. The upper four levels will be wood construction and the lower two levels will be concrete construction. No commercial space is planned for the project.
