Oct. 18, 2019: WTM. Requesting review and process forward to complete a land swap with the City of Bellevue. 

The applicant proposes to plat the subject property, creating three developable parcels to be retained by the applicant (see figure) as well as a 15,000 SF parcel for the daylighting of Goff Creek, to be deeded to the City of Bellevue. The proposal includes daylighting of the creek and rehabilitation of the stream corridor by the applicant. See attached stream restoration and utility re-routing plan. In exchange for the 15,000 SF land deeded to the city and the cost of stream channel daylighting and rehabilitation, the applicant would acquire the adjacent 15,000 SF city-owned parcel (Parcel 0672100004) for future redevelopment. Proposed terms of this proposal are set forth on the attached draft Term Sheet.
