2650 W Lake Sammamish Pkwy SE

Oct. 28, 2019: McCallum dock repair. Replace worn elements on existing residential dock on Lake Sammamish. Framing to be replaced in kinda/same location with ACZA treated fir. Stringers to be 4" x 8". Joists/pile caps to be 6" x 8". Wooden decking to be replaced with ThruFlow grated panels. Pilings to be sleeved if/as needed with HDPE tubes as shown on attached plans. All work to be done in existing footprint.
