Nov. 19, 2019: Simpson Reasonable Accommodation. Application for Reasonable Accommodation regarding impervious area revisions. This small remodel converts part of the garage space to an ADA-compliant bathroom and enlarges the adjacent office/den by 108 sqft to convert that room into a ground-floor bedroom space that meets the medical needs twin daughters. The twins are 11 years old and have Cerebral Palsy with spastic quadriplegia. They are in wheelchairs and require ambulatory assistance for all basic living activities and care, and are in wheel chairs most of the time. Please see the attached letter from their physical therapist describing their needs. Also please see the attached letters from their pediatric Physiologist (Dr. Susan Apkon, MD) indicating her approval for wheelchair components that meet their special needs.
