This is a change from the existing structure of 34.0 feet setback to 30 feet setback under new structure. 2. Shoreline Buffer and structure 50 feet Setback LUC 20.25E.190 The applicant has provided information necessary to reduce the shoreline buffer and structure setback from the required 50-foot standard dimension for developed sites to Areas permit process. No reduction of the required 25-foot buffer is proposed. No building elements may protrude into the required shoreline buffer.
