115 110th Pl SE

Nov. 25, 2019: Airbnb Related Questions. Our company is planning to remodel 115 110th Pl SE, Bellevue WA 98004. We went to The Bellevue City Hall just to check if we could do Airbnb after the remodeling work is done. 

Below are our concerns:
1. Can we do Airbnb if the owner of the house is a company, and the owner of the company lives in the home? (We were suggested to do this pre-development application since we asked 3 people and they gave me different answers)

2. Can we do Airbnb and work inside the house simultaneously if there are 2 owners that own the company which owner one lives in the house (satisfies the Airbnb requirement), and owner two uses a designated office room to work at home?
