Dec. 11, 2019: Stehr -Tam Short Plat. Applicant is seeking approval for development of 20,700 s.f. (0.475 ac.) into two single-family residential lots through the City of Bellevue short plat process. (Project), with lot sizes of 8,825 s.f. and 11,875 s.f. (Project). Lot 1 will contain new development, with a lot area of 8,825 s.f. Lot 2 will remain undisturbed, containing the existing residence at 9818 NE 31st Street. The Project will provide a new driveway for Lot 1, resulting in 540 s.f. of impervious area in the right-of-way. BLA permit is also submitted. This is a combined preliminary and final short plat.
