Dec. 20, 2019: The Spring District Block 5. Block 5 in the Spring District is a new office building in the northeast corner of the district bounded by the MDP-approved private 123rd and 122nd Avenues NE, NE Spring Blvd, and the Sound Transit light rail tunnel. 123rd Ave NE extends to the north over a Sound Transit-constructed bridge, allowing vehicle and pedestrian access over the light rail trench.

The project site is zoned BR-OR-1 (maximum FAR = 4.0, maximum height = 150 feet) bounded by NE Spring Boulevard on the south, 123rd Ave NE on the east, 122nd Ave NE on the west, and the light rail trench to the north.
