14125 NE 20th St

Jan. 17, 2020: SummerHill - Highland Park. Conf date: 2/12/2020 at 1pm. The proposed SummerHill - Highland Park project is a 400-unit apartment located at 14125 NE 20th Street in North Bellevue. The project will be constructed in two phases under a Master Development Permit with a single Administrative Design Review. This will allow separate building permits to be issued for each phase while still assuring the overall design integrity of the project. A new half street will be provided on the East side of the site which will connect NE 20th St to Highland Park. A 20-foot-wide private drive with a hammerhead turnaround is proposed off the South end of NE 20th Place to serve the loading needs for the new development. A single curb cut from NE 20th Street is proposed to access the proposed below grade parking garage.
