Jan. 17, 2020: Bellevue 600. Bellevue 600 features two new office towers, meeting center, commons space, and retail uses between 108th AVE NE 110th Avenue NE, North 6th Street. The development is designed to welcome people into the city from the nearby Transit enter and Link Light Rail station as well as provide pedestrian connections to the north and west. The new buildings steps back from the Grand Connection along NE 6th Street and a new Major Public Open Space is created at the corner of 110th NE and the NE 6th Street. The open space and streetscape along 108th Avenue NE, 110th Avenue NE and the NE 6th Street Pedestrian Corridor will be enlivened by retail and other active uses.
