Jan. 21, 2020: Schlotfeldt pier repair and platform lift installa. Repair existing 706 SF pier. Remove existing covered moorage (520 SF). Repair piles as needed by sleeving with HDPE pipe and filling with concrete. Repair caps and stringers. Replace solid wood-plank decking with Titan grated decking. Intermediate stringers will be added to support the new grated decking. Install a freestanding fully grated platform lift. Install a translucent canopy (360 SF) on the existing freestanding boatlift.
