Wetland Biologist considers the strict interpretation to the wetland setback does not accurately address drainage on the property. All drainage from south side of building are draining south and not west to the wetland. Also, a driveway is between the proposed riser room and wetland, further isolating/separating any drainage from area in question to street side drains., 19 124606 BW
