15900 SE Eastgate Way - Unit site

Feb. 19, 2020: Eastgate Commons 4. A 23,883 SF building is proposed on this developed site. This will be a two-story CLT (cross laminated timber) structure with a flat roof. Building height will be approximately 35 feet. The building will be utilized as a multi-tenant office facility with campus wide shared amenity shared uses (cafe, health club, common conferencing facilities). A portion of the third floor will be an outdoor roof deck. The existing three (3) offices buildings will remain. As a result of the new proposed office building, a portion of the existing parking lot will be reconfigured to improve both vehicular and pedestrian circulation. Present today are two (2) curb cuts on 158th Avenue SE and 160th Avenue SE.
